For payment of the products and the relative shipping and delivery fees, you can follow the process indicted at the time of purchase.

Purchases made on our site are protected by Legislative Decree no. 185 of May 22nd 1999, which permits the consumer to exercise the right to withdraw. The consumer can exercise the right to withdraw within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. This right consists of the right to return the goods purchased to the supplier, together with its packaging, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in consequent reimbursement of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
The right to withdraw applies to natural persons who act for purposes other than their professional activity.
Therefore purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right to withdraw.
Process of right to withdraw: the right to withdraw is exercised by sending written notice by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Newman Group srl, within 10 days from the receipt of the goods, to Via Eustachi 13 – 20129 Milan. The communication can also be sent by telegram or fax to 02.29524801 within the same time frame, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. This notice must contain the codes of the products you intend to return, as well as information on how to reimburse the costs (money order, wire transfer, etc.) and any banking or electronic coordinates.
It is also mandatory to return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within ten (10) business days from the time you received the products, at the same address as the recommended one.
The only charges you pay for are those for returning purchased products.
The right to withdraw – in addition to respecting the terms and procedures described in the preceding paragraphs – is to be fully exercised if all of the following conditions are also fully respected:
The written notice of return must reach the Seller within ten (10) business days of receipt of the products;
The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
The products must be returned together with their original packaging;
The returned products must be delivered to the shipper within ten (10) business days from the date you received the products.
If you do not respect the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right to withdraw, you will not be entitled to the refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller and the products will be returned to you at your own expense by forwarder.
Reimbursement times and methods:
After the return of the products, the Seller shall make the necessary inquiries regarding their compliance with the terms and conditions indicated. In the event that the verifications are concluded positively, the Seller shall, as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days from the date on which Seller becomes aware of the exercise of the right to withdraw, credit the customer the cost of the returned products with the established methods, withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs that will remain with the customer.


For products purchased through www.epoquetime.com, You may make the exchange within ten (10) days of receipt, provided that the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged and returned in their original packaging.

Upon receipt of goods, the Seller shall make the necessary inquiries regarding their compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the preceding paragraphs. In the event that the verifications are concluded positively, the seller will exchange the product.
The new shipment of the goods subject to the exchange will incur a charge for shipping charges. The amount of this charge and the payment methods will have to be agreed upon with the customer.
